Everybody is welcome to help and be part of this project

You don't need to be a software developer to help free-gov project. Of course, software developer's help is appreciated, but a successful free software project needs the involvement of a huge diversity of contributors with abilities in very different areas.

There are many ways to help and support free-gov:

Help spread the word: tell a friend... tell a blogger about free-gov project

People must know that there is available a high quality free software for e-government, e-records and digital signature.
The people making decisions in governments also surfs the Internet. Help us spread free software message.

TIP: currently (February 2012) free-gov needs an article in Wikipedia, a listing in Open Directory, and other free-software related sites and directories. Perhaps you can help...

Tell legislators in your country about free-software and free-gov

Richard Stallman says: "Government agencies must be required to use exclusively free software - with a transition period," ... "The reason for this is that using free software means having control of your computing. Using proprietary software is losing control over your computing."
There are many countries where the law requires to use free software in public administration. But there are still countries where the law does not include this aspect of national security. We believe that all governments and all citizens of the world deserve the freedom that free software provides...
Tell your legislators about this.
